hey y'all and welcome goths and goblins, gremlins and trolls, pleasures to have in class, not working up to your full potentials, experiences and adventures, to the world of Dappled Specter Co. !
So, I decided to relaunch the etsy store while I get my website finished up and actually I will probably keep both platforms. I have actually technically had the shop since 2008, but have utilized other platforms for sales, particularly in-person such as festivals and craft shows. I have a handful of items up right now, but there are many more to come! I've been working on a ton of new things lately, so please bear with me and check back often for new lovely things! Do you accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations?
The short answer is, No, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, if there is a problem with your order please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. We reserve the right to handle the situation in the way that we see as best, on a one on one basis. And will always do our best to continue to provide premier customer service.
Do you accept custom orders?
YES! Custom Orders will require a non-refundable 50% deposit (calculated based on the final cost of the item) to be paid before any work has begun, or any materials have been purchased. Yes, we do realize that this may seem extreme; however, to be transparent, there are actually people out there who have left me to foot the entire bill for their costly custom order, wasted my time and talent, and never bothered to pay me for their delivered product. It was my misstep for even accepting an order in that fashion. I was trying to be kind and accommodating and it backfired, thus the need to update my policies so that doesn't happen again in the future. Don't be one of those people and let's have an awesome time working with each other!
